Το τραγούδι της ημέρας σήμερα λέγεται "Άμον τον ήλον παρλαεύς". Τους στίχους έγραψε ο Ιωάννης Κοσμίδης (πατέρας του Χριστόφορου και του Δημήτρη Κοσμίδη) και την μουσική έγραψε ο τραγουδιστής Νίκος Σαββίδης. Τραγουδάει η Γιώτα Παπαδοπούλου η οποία έκανε την πρώτη της δισκογραφική εμφάνιση με τον αείμνηστο Τάκη Ιωαννίδη. 

Λύρα παίζει ο Δαμιανός Ακριτίδης, φλοφερά ο Κώστας Σιώπης, και νταούλι ο Δημήτρης Ουσταπασίδης. Η ενορχήστρωση στο τραγούδι ανοίκει στον Παύλο Δενεσίδη και στον Δαμιανό Ακριτίδη. Ο Γιάννης Γκόσιος είχε την επιμέλεια των κειμένων.

The song of the day today is called "Amon ton ilon parlaevs" (You shine like the sun). The lyrics were written by Ioannis Kosmidis (father of Christoforos and Dimitris Kosmidis) and the music was written by the singer Nikos Savvidis. The vocalist is Giota Papadopoulou who made her first recording appearance with the late Takis Ioannidis.

Damianos Akritidis plays Pontian lyra, Kostas Siopis plays flogera, and Dimitris Oustapasidis plays the daouli. The orchestration was done by Pavlos Denesidis and Damianos Akritidis. Giannis Gossios edited the texts.
